Nutrition Counseling and Meal Planning

You and your family* can receive nutrition counseling and meal planning services through the Take CARE Employee Clinic's on-site Registered Dietitian.

You can receive help with:

  • Managing conditions such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, fatty liver disease, autoimmune disorders or irritable bowel syndrome.
  • Creating a plan for weight loss and improving your relationship with food.
  • Meal planning for you and your family.

Your Take CARE Employee Clinic provider may refer you for nutrition counseling, or you may self-refer.

You’ll pay just $10 on the Blue or Gold plans or $55 on the Green plan for these services if you are covered by a CM medical plan. Otherwise, you’ll pay a market-competitive rate.
